We protect sound vehicles — we do not hide corrosion. If inspection reveals holes or corrosion needing repair before treatment, the job stops and we advise you.
We currently use Bilt Hamber Dynax-UC and Dynax-UB, and can source other Bilt Hamber products through our account when required.

Initial inspection
We inspect the underside first. If corrosion holes or unsuitable damage are found, we stop and discuss the next step with you.

Preparation
The underside is cleaned and loose or surface corrosion removed.
- 03
Blow clean
Compressed air removes remaining debris and moisture from prepared areas.
- 04
Treat corrosion
Exposed surface corrosion is treated appropriately and allowed to dry.
- 05
Protection
Bilt Hamber underbody and cavity protection is applied as appropriate.

Time required
We need the vehicle for approximately two days so the process can be carried out properly.
